All bookings are personal and may not be transferred to a third party.
Bookings are secured when and only when booking has been confirmed by Guest with corresponding deposit and agreed to by the Hotel. 

Room booking

We request Guests to inform us if they have any delay on arrival date. In case of a no show-up on arrival date the Hotel is entitled to re-let the room unless the Guest has given notice in writing to the Hotel. The Hotel shall be entitled to charge core service in full.

Guests are required to return copy of contract with a 30% deposit + booking fees to secure booking. Deposit will be deducted from check out invoice but will not under any circumstances be refunded in case of a no show-up on arrival date.

In any other case and to the exclusion of any force majeure event, Guests may cancel their bookings up to and including 15 calendar days prior to arrival date provided that the Hotel has received notice in writing within such timeframe. The Hotel shall be entitled to charge 30% of the cost of the core service and forfeit any deposit paid by Guest in advance in full. If cancellation occurs less than 15 calendar days prior to arrival date or in the event of a no show-up on arrival date the Hotel is entitled to charge 100% of the cost of the core service and forfeit any deposit paid by the Guest in advance in full and the Hotel must receive notice in writing.

Guests may check in at any time from 2.00pm onwards on the arrival date and must check out by no later than 12.00am on the day of their departure unless it has been agreed otherwise with the Hotel.
